E3 2015 Review

Image
With E3 2015 finally behind us, I just wanted to write up a small post about what I was most interested in from the event. Overall for the big three, I think Sony won the show, with many new and innovative titles along with the announcement of some returning fan favorites. Nintendo followed suit, and unfortunately I found nothing of interest from Microsoft. As for individual games themselves, the niche and indie titles stole the show for me with Xseed Games easily having the games I'm most interested in. So now I'll list all the games I am currently keeping an eye on in alphabetical order (I will include trailers if you're curious): Battleborn - Looks like a crazy fun time + from creator of Borderlands Cosmic Star Heroine - Zeboyd never fails to deliver! I backed this one on Kickstarter and I can't wait to get my copy! Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - Looks incredible, plus Human Revolution was an amazing game. Disgaea 5  - Gotta love me some sexy devils ;) ...

E3 2013 Highlights (For me)

Image
I've been following the coverage for E3 for 2013, and I am blown away! I love the stuff that Sony and Nintendo are coming out with, and my brother has already reordered a PS4! Games that I am excited about include: Final Fantasy XV (was Versus XIII) Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn Kingdom Hearts 3 The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Dragon's Crown Destiny Super Mario 3D World Super Smash Bros X (working title) Bayonetta 2 Mario & Luigi Dream Team Shin Megami Tensei IV Pokemon X & Y The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds (Link to The Past 2) Mario Kart 8 ...and many more! I'll probably make a second post. I also wanted to say, that while I loved the Xbox 360 and all the cool games it has, i am probably going to pass on the Xbox One. The games that usually get me to buy a console are Jrpgs, and since pretty much all the Japanese developers are on Sony or Nintendo's side, I will be supporting those consoles. Many of the games I want are ...

Dead or Alive 5

So Dead or Alive 5 was released on the 25th and I've got to say that I'm really excited for this game. I was at first very skeptical on why Tecmo was even bothering considering that Itagaki, the series creator, had left (and in a very bad way too). As I learned more and more about the game, however, I realized that maybe some new blood is needed to revolutionize the series. The game has all your favorite mainstays, a few new characters and of course the excellent fight and grapple gameplay and breast jiggling that everyone has come to expect from the series. I can't wait to get this game and start playing away. When I get the game I'll post a review here. BTW I usually play with Kasumi. Xbox 360 and PS3 versions (NTSC-U) at my local Best Buy. The Strategy Guide. (I like the poster that's included in this) Also, the game will have a collectors edition that will include: The game itself An embossed steel case A...
